Each of our houses is designed to maximize space and flexibly adapt to the wishes of the user. Likewise, the equipment in the houses is also adapted to the wishes of the user. For this reason, we have prepared a catalog of equipment – standard ones that will make your choice easier and additional ones that provide you with flexibility.

All standard equipment is included in the price and cost estimate of prefabricated houses. It’s up to you to choose one of the options offered, and we take care of the rest.

Additional options

1. Wood

Degmeda – Wood cladding treated with fire according to traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban technology. Such treatment gives them an attractive appearance, exceptional durability, and the wood requires minimal maintenance and is environmentally sustainable. The highest quality spruce and larch, as well as Accoya (acetylated wood) are used in production.

KUUKS – Thermo facade cladding and terraces – Wooden cladding made of thermo-treated pine is, thanks to controlled thermal treatment, highly resistant to weather conditions, rotting, insects and deformation, which is confirmed by a 15-year warranty.

Mellanstruken – Premium wooden facade panels made of pine wood, single-handedly painted (one hand). They are produced in Sweden, with wood from certified, responsibly managed forests. They have a consistent appearance and shape, and are very durable over time. They can be installed vertically and horizontally.

2. Brick slip

15 mm thick cut brick that is glued to the demit facade system instead of a final layer of plaster (more at: svijetopeke.com).

Heating and cooling

Air conditioning (cooling and transitional heating)

The basis of a pleasant temperature in the summer (and additional heating in the winter) are high-quality inverter air conditioning units. Inverter technology is key because it consumes less electricity and maintains the temperature more precisely.

We suggest placing one unit in the main living area (where you spend the most time), but for true comfort, it is ideal to have a unit in each room.

For single-storey houses, one powerful outdoor unit (multi-split system) is usually sufficient. For multi-storey houses, we recommend two outdoor units to avoid excessively long installations and ensure better system performance.

Additional options

Heating strategy: what’s best for you?

Although air conditioners can heat, our expert recommendation is to always install an additional, stable heating source. There is no “one size fits all” solution. We define the best system based on the location, home usage pattern, and budget.

We most often install water-to-air heat pumps in the underfloor heating format, which also have additional functions:

How does heat get into space?
Regardless of which heat source you choose (heat pump, gas, pellets or wood), in our standard offer we solve heat distribution in two ways:

Floor heating: for maximum comfort and warm floors (low temperature mode).
Radiator heating: classic, fast space heating.
