We are an established manufacturer of prefabricated wooden houses in Sweden, where we have built hundreds of single-family homes, luxury villas, model houses and terraced houses. Each of our houses becomes a unique family home, built from wood that comes from nearby forests. We love wood as a building material because of its many benefits, so we intend to continue working with wood in the future. The forest is our second home and we take care of it. We use wood exclusively from forests that are being regenerated.
We build our houses in a factory equipped with the most modern robotic machine for the production of prefabricated houses. In our factory, the timber enters at one end, and the finished Radman Homes prefabricated house exits at the other. This means that the house building process is completely under our control.
We offer a wide selection of catalog houses so that everyone can find one that meets all the required requirements. All houses are designed to maximize functionality and flexibility of space, and in this way can be adapted to each individual.
No matter which house model you choose, you can be sure that we will build you a comfortable home in which you will feel relaxed, happy and satisfied– in harmony with nature.
We are a safe, privately owned construction company. We started working more than 10 years ago. We are with you during and after the construction of the house, because we provide a 2-year warranty for the craft works and a 10-year warranty on the construction part of the house, all in accordance with the Building Act.
