Modular homes
Modular homes are changing the way we think about construction and living space. Choose the desired home modules, and we will build them in controlled conditions and install them in the desired location.
Get to know modular homes
Modular houses are built using CLT (cross-laminated timber) technology to a high degree of completion, and are manufactured off-site in a controlled factory environment. They are constructed in modules that can be easily transported and assembled on site. The modules from which the houses are manufactured have maximum dimensions of LxWxH 650x250x300 cm. Modular houses consist of one, two or three parts (modules) up to a total of 50 m2, which makes this type of construction suitable for smaller buildings in relatively inaccessible places.
But don’t let their quick construction fool you – modular prefabricated homes are anything but ordinary. In fact, they offer a wide range of design options and customization possibilities. From cozy cottages and holiday homes to elegant modern solutions – there’s a modular home for every taste and style.
One of the biggest advantages of modular homes is their flexibility . Need an extra bedroom? No problem! Want to add a home office or expand your living space? We can simply add another module. These homes can easily adapt to your changing needs over time.
Not only are modular prefab homes versatile, they also boast high construction standards. A controlled factory environment ensures precision and consistency in every aspect of the construction process. This results in durable, energy-efficient homes that meet or exceed the standards of traditional construction .
Whether you’re looking for a stylish vacation home or a cost-effective solution for your primary home, modular prefab homes offer endless possibilities.
