In accordance with the successfully obtained building permit and accompanying documentation, 9.9.2024. Radman Homes officially opened the construction site of the prefabricated house factory in Donja Bistra, laying the cornerstone and then beginning the excavations necessary for the factory’s foundations.
We are glad to have shared this moment with our friends and business partners, to whom we would like to thank once again and look forward to celebrating the opening of the factory.
Completion of construction and opening of the production facility is planned for spring 2025.
Factory production capacity
The production capacity of the Radman Homes factory will be approx. 100 wooden prefabricated houses per year. In addition to prefabricated houses, the factory will also produce modular houses and sanitary cells constructed from wooden CLT panels.
We believe that building a factory is not only a plus for us, but also for the development of the entire community, so we will soon announce job openings accordingly.
