We entered 2024 with an extremely significant project – the construction of our own factory for the production of wooden prefabricated houses .
When designing the factory itself, our goal was to show what can be made from wood, so we are building part of the factory from wooden structures, using the most advanced materials and construction systems.
The production capacity of the Radman Homes factory will be approx. 100 wooden prefabricated houses per year. In addition to prefabricated houses, the factory will also produce modular mobile homes and sanitary cells constructed from wooden CLT panels.
The start of construction is planned for autumn 2024, and the completion and opening of the production facility in spring 2025. year.
The location of the construction is a business zone in Donja Bistra, which will also become our reference facility for all future business activities.
We believe that building a factory is not only a plus for us, but also for the development of the entire community, so we will soon announce job openings accordingly.
