We build our houses in a factory equipped with the most modern robotic machine for the production of wooden prefabricated houses. In our factory, the timber enters at one end, and the finished Radman Homes prefabricated house exits at the other. This means that the house construction process is completely under our control.

How much does each house cost?
How much does an unfinished house cost?
The price of the constructive part of the house with the necessary external layers and carpentry, without installations and internal coverings, is 40% cheaper than a completely finished house.
What does turnkey include?

Yes, we offer preparatory and earthworks work as well as foundation construction, and we can only estimate their price before creating the necessary projects.
Do you offer the creation of projects required for the issuance of a building permit?
Yes, we offer the creation of all necessary projects for obtaining a building permit, and the costs depend on the size of the house.
Can you build a house according to my design?
How long does it take to build a house?
The deadline for building a house is 6 months from the valid building permit.
